Cancellation Policy

## Design Consultation Process - Custom design consultations can be conducted through: - Face-to-face appointments at our studio - WhatsApp virtual consultations ## Client Requirements - Clients must provide detailed information including: - Desired design concept and style - Preferred size specifications - Intended body placement location - Visual references (highly recommended) ## Design Process and Revisions - The artist will create initial sketches based on client requirements - Clients are entitled to request up to three (3) modifications of the original design - Once the design is approved by both parties, no further changes will be permitted unless mutually agreed upon by both the artist and client ## Fees and Payment Structure ### Design Fee - Custom design fees range from $50 to $100 - Price varies based on design complexity - Design fee is non-refundable - Must be paid before design work begins ### Tattoo Appointment - Separate $20 deposit required to book tattoo session - Deposit will be deducted from final tattoo price - Booking deposit is refundable with 48-hour cancellation notice ## Important Notes - Design approval must be finalized before scheduling tattoo appointment - All fees must be paid separately (design fee and booking deposit) - Design remains the property of the artist until full payment is received - The studio reserves the right to refuse design requests that violate our ethical guidelines For any questions or clarifications about our custom design policy, please contact our studio staff.
